A few years ago, I decided to start a self-employed business as a secondary profession, not knowing that coaching would become my greatest passion.
For me, Ellen, it was important to make exercise fun AND to give my clients' mindset a positive spin. My mindset also got a big boost when I met Steve.
One thing led to another and before I knew it I was self-employed as my main occupation. I said goodbye to my job in care and full of new energy I started a fanstastic adventure.
I think that because of my enthusiasm I passed those feelings on to Steve because he became a greater support than initially intended. We regularly had conversations about dreams of making Fitboost something big.
And no sooner said than done. I, Steve, started helping more behind the scenes. Ellen's dreams of starting her own clothing line began to take shape.
Ordering samples, testing materials, choosing colors,... It's fun to take on a new challenge in addition to my full-time job.
So here we are, ready to turn Fitboost into an entity that radiates positivity and connects people.
